Oh, to answer the OP, 11 qts. The system holds 12 but the IP never drains and it holds a qt. If you remove the oil plug and look at the bung you will see that it is drilled to allow all the oil to drain from the pan. That is why you need to cross drill the Fumoto type drain valves.
